I was really frustrated with how slow the delivery was. I had made a simple request and it felt like it was just ignored, then the shipping ended up taking forever. Not a great experience

I gave onekind.us a try because I was hoping it would make my skincare routine feel simple and easy to follow. Compared to the basic routine I used to have, though, this still felt like a lot of steps and decisions, and I kept checking what I was supposed to use and when.
It might be a good fit for someone who enjoys a more structured routine, but for me it just made skincare feel more annoying than relaxing. I ended up stopping quickly and going back to something simpler

I ordered from onekind.us because I was really hoping it would help keep my breakouts under control, but i didn’t notice any improvement at all.

I used it for a couple of weeks and my skin basically looked the same, maybe even a little more clogged around my chin. I kept going because I didn’t want to judge it too fast, but it was disappointing.

What annoyed me even more is how these return/refund policies always seem to have little loopholes that make it hard to actually get your money back once you’ve tried the product. For me, it just wasn’t worth the price, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, I returned the item properly and expected the refund to be handled in a normal amount of time. I’m still waiting, and when I reached out to support, they barely gave me any real help. I get that things can take a few days, but at this point it just feels like I’m having to chase them for my own money.

I expected more for the price. The ingredients didn’t seem that impressive and my skin just didn’t react well to it. I wanted to like it but I wouldn’t buy it again.
